Returns and Exchanges
We specialize in selling gold jewelry designed for kids. To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers, any returned items are meticulously melted down and recycled. As a result, we are unable to offer full refunds on items that have been used or damaged upon return. This policy ensures that only new and pristine items are available for purchase, guaranteeing the utmost quality with every transaction.
Should the need arise for adjustments, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
Exchanges or store credit: Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange or return, including items on sale, discounted items, clearance items, jewelry, gift cards, and pre-orders. These items are considered final sale.
Condition of the item: To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues: While we take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise during transit. We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 5 days of delivery. If you discover any damages, defects, or errors, please notify us immediately via email at admin@stellinajewelry.com, attaching a photo of the damaged items, so we can promptly address your concerns to your satisfaction.
Initiating an exchange or requesting store credit:
To begin the process, please complete our exchange/store credit request form. You can expect a response within 3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a shipping label via email. Please ensure all items are returned to your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving the return label. Please note, a restocking and processing fee of $7 will be deducted from the exchange/store credit amount.
Issuance of store credit:
Once we receive the returned item and conduct a quality check, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-gift card. Please be aware that a $7 processing and restocking fee will be applied. Once issued, the store credit is immediately available for use. Please note that store credit must be utilized within one year from the date of issuance to remain valid.
Terms and conditions for exchanges/store credit requests:
Items on Sale, with a Discount applied, Clearance, jewelry, gift cards, and pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
For returns, please ensure all items are returned to your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving the return label. A $7 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the exchange/store credit amount.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
